Refund policy

At Riverstone Label, we strive to provide you with high quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the steps below to return the product:

Return Period: Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Return Policy: Products must be in the same condition as you received them, unused and in the original packaging.

Return Process: Contact us at support@riverstonelabel.com to initiate the return. We will provide you with the return address.

Return costs: The customer is responsible for return costs.

What if I receive a defective product?

Don't worry, if you receive a defective product, we will replace it for free, but you must notify us and return your product within 30 days.

Exchange

We currently don’t process exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original product for a refund.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within 7 business days.
